Dips, Sauces, & Salsas: Guacamole

2 avocados

2 tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped

¼ cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons lemon juice

¼ cup chopped green chilies

salt and pepper to taste

Mash or chop the avocados in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill at least an hour and then serve.
